Fondue night with Grandma Judy

Today Grandma took the kids shopping to pick out something special. Hailey picked out a little mermaid toy and Owen Picked out a yo-yo.
For dinner we did Fondue. The kids had a ton of fun cooking their own dinner but the chocolate fondue was their favorite. It is so nice to have Grandma visiting! We don't want her to leave!!!!!!!

April 5-9 my mom is visiting us in WA. The first day we walked around Pikes Market and today we went to breakfast and just spent time together.

Trip to Pump It Up

The Commons (our church) went on a trip to Pump It Up, it's a big building full of bounce houses. The kids had a really good time

WOW WE HAVE SNOW

OK, the craziest thing happened! It snowed! It has only snowed one other time this year and it was gone in a day. This snow is really wet but snow non the less. The kids were so excited to go outside. We made it outside at about 10:00.

Hailey came up with the idea of making fruit kabobs. She worked on a pattern and made four of them. We ate them after dinner, they were really good.

The day before Easter, the kids colored Easter eggs. They had a really fun time.

Today Hailey and I went to get flowers to plant in our garden. Hailey got a new shovel and watering can. She had so much fun and really enjoyed learning how to plant flowers.

The Last Four Days

Hello all,
I am sorry I don't have any pictures or video from the last four days. The kids have been really sick and the weather has been really yucky.

Owen only went to school on Tuesday and was sick the rest of the week. Hailey has her traditional cough.

Matt and I are fine.

Owen's Xylophone show

Today Owen did a Xylophone performance at his district school open house. It was so cute!

We also registered Hailey for kindergarten. She told me she doesn't want to go but I think once she gets there she will like it. We will be sending her to kindergarten for two years.

BAD WEATHER

So, nothing new to report in the last couple of days! The weather is gross and it has been for the last couple of days. Sorry no pictures today we are hanging out inside and I am cleaning. I'm sure you don't want to see video of me cleaning my house today!

IT'S SO NICE TODAY

Today we woke up and ate some delicious homemade bread from my friend Sarah. Then my friend Kim and I went for a two mile walk. The weather has been so nice, that sun is really warm.

Yesterday I took Hailey's training wheels off her bike. Hailey got on her bike and just took right off without my help. It was so crazy! I didn't even hold her once. She is 41/2 years old. We are so proud of her. The video you see here was taken about five minutes after I took off her training wheels.

Doesn't he look so cute with his new haircut? We love it! Owen also had green day at school today.

It rained today for the first time in a few weeks. It stunk being stuck inside but I got some of the cleaning out of the way early.

Matt works late tonight because he has had a ton of work to do lately. This will probably continue for the next couple of weeks.

BETH MOORE CONFERENCE

My church friends and I went to a Beth Moore conference in Vancouver Canada. We had a great time. It was very inspirational to me and it made me want to become a better christian.
